Rabies

Parvovirus

Canine distemper

Canine infectious hepatitis (Rubarth's hepatitis)

All dogs must be free from contagious diseases, and any signs of illness will result in the denial of service. Acceptance of these health and vaccination requirements is mandatory during the booking process.

Note: If vaccinations are renewed on the day of their expiry, dogs must wait 24-48 hours before entering the facility.

4. Behavioral Standards

The Canine Residency only accepts dogs that are social, non-aggressive, and not categorized under dangerous dog classifications.

Dogs that exhibit behavioral issues, including aggressive or unsafe conduct, will not be accepted. If a dog’s behavior differs from what was indicated during registration, The Canine Residency reserves the right to:

Remove the dog from the group and place it in a safe space (crate) until the end of the daycare period.

Transport the dog back to the owner's location using a secure transport cage.

Dogs must be spayed or neutered by 7 months of age. Failure to comply may result in termination of services.

5. Drop-Off and Pick-Up Times

Clients are required to strictly adhere to the following drop-off and pick-up schedule:

Monday to Friday: Drop-off between 8:30 AM and 9:00 AM, and pick-up between 6:45 PM and 7:15 PM.

Holiday Subscribers: Flexible pick-up hours are available on Saturdays and Sundays during school holidays.

Failure to respect these times will result in additional charges or denial of future services.

6. Payment and Refund Policy

6.1 Payment Terms

All payments are required at the time of booking. Clients can choose from two payment options:

Subscription-based payments: Auto-renewable unless canceled 1 month before the end of the subscription period.

Non-subscription payments: Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before the service for a full refund.

6.2 Subscription Refunds and Transfers

No refunds are provided for subscription services unless canceled 1 month prior to the renewal date.

For weekly subscriptions of 3 or 4 days, unused days can be transferred to another week within the 3-month subscription period.

If a holiday stay is booked for a subscription client, the subscription end date will be extended accordingly by the number of days booked for the holiday stay.

7. Shuttle Service

The Canine Residency provides a complimentary shuttle service from Champ de Mars and Porte de la Muette. Shuttle service hours align with daycare hours. During school holidays, flexible Saturday and Sunday pick-up hours are available for holiday subscribers.

Injuries or accidents caused by other animals or by the natural environment.

Illnesses or medical conditions that develop during or after the dog’s stay.

Behavior issues not disclosed by the owner.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the client agrees to assume full financial responsibility for any medical or veterinary care required during or after the dog’s stay.

9. Termination of Services

The Canine Residency reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if:

A dog is found to be unsterilized, categorized as dangerous, or displaying aggressive or disruptive behavior.

The daycare has reached its capacity, in which case, priority will be given to existing clients.

For subscription-based clients, service termination must be requested at least one month before the contract ends. Failure to cancel will result in automatic renewal.

10. Force Majeure

The Canine Residency shall not be liable for any failure or delay in providing services caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, or government-imposed restrictions.
